Browzwear VStitcher is a comprehensive and versatile 3D program for the garment industry. It is suitable for designing clothing lines and for trying on patterns virtually. It can also be used to produce materials for production, marketing, webstores and other purposes.

The VStitcher version 2021.1 can be used to create both 3D images as well as animations. Choose VStitcher’s own animated avatar or download your own, dress it up and record the animation. The finished animation can be saved in various different formats, such as MP4.

A rich material library is available, providing the user with various knitted, sewn, quilted materials and fabrics, denim effects and 3D buttons and zippers. The user can add their own materials and patterns and their attributes can be easily edited.

The patterns are imported into the 3D program from the Grafis CAD program, either directly or in the dxf format. Thanks to the Grafis Plugin, the Grafis patterns can be imported into VStitcher in a sewn format and the pattern changes can be updated in the 3D program in real time. Patterns imported in the dxf format are sewn in VStitcher.

VStitcher allows for the editing of the measurements of the parametric avatars as well as theír body shapes and postures. Additionally, the Grafis Plugin allows for the measurements of the measurements table to be used as the avatar’s body measurements. This feature can be utilized in the design and patterning of both mass-produced and tailor-made clothes.

3D modelling largely replaces prototype and sample models as the clothes are fitted on the avatar in a 3D environment. On the whole, 3D modelling reduces the consumption of materials and is environmentally friendly, as the clothes are virtually transported between locations during the product development and sales. Only the final products are produced and sent to the customer.
